ECSIN Mission is to transfer to SMEs and large companies this knowledge base on different aspects of the nanotechnology innovation, such as nanomaterials and nano-enabled products development and competences, to enable product and process innovation and increase industry competitiveness.
The assessment of solutions efficacy, as well as the application of state-of-the-art methodologies for risk assessment, nanomaterial’s physicochemical characterization, exposure and toxicity assessment, in the European and national legislation framework, represents a strong base for the technology transfer to companies that see nanotechnology as an opportunity to increase their competiveness.
Our solution-oriented approach aims at being a reference point for large, medium and small companies operating in all industry sectors, and it can be applied in all phases of the innovation process, from the idea conception to the placing on the market.
